Terms of use

Plain version: this is an experimental beta run by two people. Use it, but do not depend on it.

Effective 16 July 2026.

1. What this is

rebornpad is an experimental service for storing the working context of coding agents. It is offered during an open beta at no charge and with no guarantees. By using the API you accept these terms.

2. No account, no warranty

Access is by token, issued without registration. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". There is no service-level agreement, no uptime commitment, and no promise that data you store will still be there tomorrow. Keep an authoritative copy of anything you ingest — everything here can be re-created from your own source.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store or move unlawful content, to attack or overload the infrastructure, or to attempt to reach data behind a token that is not yours. Automated use is expected — it is an API — but a client stuck in a loop that threatens the service for everyone else may be rate-limited or cut off without notice.

4. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Breaking changes to the documented v1 API are announced in the changelog at least 14 days ahead where circumstances allow. Beta being beta, some changes will be faster than that.

5. Data

What we collect and why is described in the privacy note. In short: only what you send, and no personal accounts.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost data, lost time, or downstream effects of an outage. Since the service is free and experimental, you use it at your own risk.

7. Governing terms

These terms may be updated; the effective date above changes when they do. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

8. Contact

Questions and security reports go to the address in security.txt.
